Meet Jumaane

Lifetime resident of Kitsap & Pierce county. I'm ethnically from Guam, but my identity is deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest. I chose to partner with John L. Scott Real Estate in my real estate career due to their national & international recognition, along with being very community-driven and hyper local.

I assist clients in buying and selling residential properties in Washington state, with a specialization in areas like Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Belfair, Tacoma, and the Greater Puget Sound area. However, unlike other real estate agents with limited reach, I am confident in helping buy & sell homes throughout all of Washington state.

Before becoming a realtor, I managed my own business aiding local restaurants & businesses with their Social Media marketing, text marketing, and print ads. I view every home as the star of the show, and my role is to ensure it's seen by the right audience.

From launching your home on the market with a solid Listing Launch during the first weekend to creatively maintaining excitement, I'm here with ideas and resources to execute.

I reside in Port Orchard, WA with my wife, Jen, & our furry cat named Sanji. Jen and I recently celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary! We operate together in real estate, a longstanding dream fulfilled. Jen helps me as my assistant, managing scheduling, open houses, and video production.

Our greatest passion is music. With our band called East Blue, we write and produce our own music! I'm on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, while Jen contributes harmony & bass guitar. When not engaged in real estate, you can find us performing at music venues, exploring the PNW, and enjoying a good book at local coffee shops.
